BMW 2013 Line Up

Making their Canadian debut at The Motorcycle Shows this winter will be two exciting new models from BMW Motorrad.  First up will be the much anticipated liquid cooled boxer, the new 2013 BMW R1200GS.  The “GS” is the most important model over the past 30-years to the success of BMW Motorrad globally and now it has been totally updated.  Power has been increased from 110 hp up to 125hp, it has been changed from air-cooled to liquid-cooled, all new design and appearance, new electronics including changeable ride modes plus variable electronic suspension.  The second exciting new model is the 2013 BMW HP4.  This new high performance motorcycle is a limited production special model based off the S1000RR superbike, boasts 193hp and weighs in at only 169kg (372 lbs).  The HP4 will bring with it new technology such as DDC (Dynamic Damping Control), a semi-active suspension system, launch control and further updated ride modes beyond the original S1000RR.
